Hey there, beautiful! I hope you’re having a great week so far. 🙂
I wanted to share this look with y’all today because there are so many of these pieces that are still in stock and many pieces of this outfit are under $100 – even these killer booties that are on sale! I recently just got mine and love them, although they do run smaller than I thought they would when compared to my other Steve Madden shoes. I would recommend going up a half size in these booties.
So, in the winter I am literally fur-obsessed. I wear a piece of faux fur basically almost everyday. Actually, a few nights ago, Teej and I went out to see a movie (We saw Rogue One & I actually really liked it!) and to the movie theater, I wore this long faux fur sweater from yesterday’s post with another fur coat (similar to this one) on top lol! Like, maybe that was overkill, but it was so bitter cold outside and I just threw it on as we were walking out the door. I got my faux fur jacket in this post at a local boutique in Nashville, so I’ve linked one that is super similar and I love it! I also found this one that is under $70! That’s a steal for anything ‘fur’ – score!
I’ve also been living in these black jeans since I got them. They fit like jeans, but they totally feel like leggings. No joke. They’re incredibly comfortable and stretchy, however, they are not the kind of stretchy that will over-stretch throughout the day and get on your last nerve (ah, those are the worst!). They are by far my favorite pair of black pants I have ever owned – highly recommend!!
Then of course, I have to point out the accessories. Banana Republic has some incredible statement jewelry right now – like gorg! I got this necklace for Christmas and fell in looove! I also have this one that is still in stock if you are needing a chunky, statement piece for your LBD or a fancy event coming up. I even like pairing these kinds of necklaces with a simple white tee and a blazer. I think that look is so chic, and although some statement pieces like these can be pricey, jewelry is just one of those things where ‘you get what you pay for’. AND accessories can definitely make or break an outfit. I think really good jewelry is definitely worth the investment! Y’all have seen me wearing these sunnies before, and omg y’all, they are one of my all-time favorite pair of sunglasses! They’re so comfortable and I love the reflective lens trend that is so popular these days.
