It’s no secret that I adore wearing my white denim! If you are just now joining me this week, I’ll catch you up real quick. 🙂
This week, I’m posting a mini series showcasing 4 different looks that I have styled with one common denominator: white denim jeans. If you missed the first post in this series, don’t sweat it! You can check it out here! Yesterday’s look was definitely more on the dressy side, so today, we are keeping it relaxed and casual.
To be honest, I love dressing up any chance that I get, but my typical OOTD usually looks a little something like the outfit in this post. If I am just working at the house or running around town, I’ll usually throw on some jeans with cute tennies or slides of some sort & a basic top with something tied around my waist (because it never fails that I get cold throughout the day – even when it is 70+ degrees outside, lol!). Unless I have meetings with a client or a brand on the agenda, I typically won’t break out the heels and dressier looks. Now if there are meetings in my schedule for the day .. well, that’s a completely different story.
Flowers just make everything prettier, right?! Fun Fact: I looove to have fresh flowers sitting on my desk. They always put me in such a great mood and help me feel more refreshed throughout the day!
Shop my look:
similar striped top (on sale!) | J Brand white jeans (dupes HERE) | similar Cole Haan tennis shoes (local gals – I scored these at Marti & Liz!) | chambray button down | sunnies | similar crossbody | Lisi Lerch tassel earrings
This type of outfit may not be possible for your day to day work week style (if you work in an office), but it would be the perfect option for those weekend errands, a cute day date with your man, or even for travel. I definitely plan on repeating the look for a Saturday morning farmer’s market run. Our downtown area has the cutest little market set up beginning in May, so I am really looking forward to that. Fresh groceries, fresh flowers, & brunch all in one outing? Yes, please!
Okay, now after all of that talk, I’m more than ready for the weekend, haha! I want to know – what are some of the things that YOU like to do during the springy weekends? Does your town have something cool going on most weekends? Teej and I (+ my sister and brother-in-law) also like attending different festivals around town, whether it be drink tastings, wing festivals, etc.
PS – I’m working on filling the rest of my content calendar for April, so I would LOVE to hear what you all would like to see more of here on love ‘n’ labels. Summer fashion? Upcoming trends? Beauty tutorials? Travel? Relationship advice? Whatever you want to see more of, please let me know by commenting your ideas below or sending me a message here! Thanks so much in advance. 🙂
